A good and reassuring experience

Matt has been really helpful / friendly and good to give me all the information I require and answer any questions I have. Matt answered any queries I've had via email quickly and if not able to speak via phone, has always called back as soon as possible.
Matt has been quick to give me helpful tips and remind me of things that I had forgotten are required or will need to be done before the sale of the property is completed.
