| CONNELLS DRIVING INNOVATION WITH NEW HEAD OF ONLINE OPERATIONS |

The Connells Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Betteridge as its new Head of Online Operations. Effective immediately, Paul brings a wealth of experience in the online property space to the newly-created role and will be undertaking projects which enable Connells to take advantage of web and social media opportunities.
Paul joins the Connells Group from Nethouseprices, the UK’s leading free property information site which receives around 25,000 absolute unique users per day, where he was Managing Director. Within this role, Paul launched Nethouseauctions, the first and only legally binding online property auction service for the site. He was also previously Managing Director of Property Pod, an online service providing details of all residential property sales in England and Wales.
“I am delighted to be heading up the Connells’ online initiatives, especially because there is a great opportunity for the Group in the online property space,” says Paul. “I will be using my experience of developing and implementing web tools and using new media to drive more traffic to Group websites, to increase the number of leads generated and to exploit online commercial opportunities.”

Paul’s remit cover all of the Connells Group including its estate agency business and various B2B services.
