IMPORTANT UPDATE - May 2010
The coalition government has suspended the requirement for sellers to produce a Home Information Pack (HIP) with immediate effect, from 21 May 2010. This means that homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer require a HIP. However, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are still required.
