Sequence has partnered with MEDITERRANEAN CAM INTERNATIONAL HOMES, S.L. (hereafter, "MEDITERRANEAN") to provide you with new developments and resale properties that we think will be of interest to you. All of your details will be sent to and held in accordance with the privacy policy of MEDITERRANEAN as set out in this document.

MEDITERRANEAN will get in touch with you by the means which you have indicated. The provision of the services are the sole responsibility of MEDITERRANEAN. Sequence will not be liable for nor will be involved in the provision of services or contemplated transaction between you and MEDITERRANEAN. 

Personal data protection policy In accordance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act (Organic Act 15/1999, of 13th December, hereafter LOPD), MEDITERRANEAN CAM INTERNATIONAL HOMES, S.L. (hereafter, "MEDITERRANEAN") hereby informs you of the following:

1. Any information you provide when using and requesting the different services offered by MEDITERRANEAN will be subject to automated treatment and incorporated into the corresponding file owned and managed by MEDITERRANEAN, domiciled in Avenida Oscar Esplá, No. 37, 03007, Alicante, Spain.
2. When personal information is required in order to use or request any of these services, you guarantee their truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity. You are obliged to keep these details up to date so they reflect the true situation at all times.
3. When providing personal details upon requesting the services offered by MEDITERRANEAN you fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of the details provided into MEDITERRANEAN’s files and their automated treatment, in the terms stipulated in this document.
4. You may exercise their right at any time to access, modify, cancel and object to the data that have been gathered and filed. This can be done by writing to MEDITERRANEAN at C/Severo Ochoa, 44, Edificio 11, 2ª Planta, Elche Parque Industrial, 03203 Elche (Alicante) SPAIN , or by sending a registered e-mail to protecciondedatos@mdt.cam.es, which must be accompanied in both cases by a photocopy of your National Identity Card, date, signature and address for correspondence.
5. The registered data may be used to facilitate the smooth execution of the operation agreed upon by you, administer, manage and improve the services offered by MEDITERRANEAN, and to prepare or offer other real estate products or related services, which might interest you in the future. They might also be used to compile statistics and send out commercial or promotional information related with these real estate products, among other activities.
6. The e-mail address provided by you when signing up for any of the services offered by MEDITERRANEAN might be subsequently used by MEDITERRANEAN to send out commercial and promotional information, once the interested parties have provided their consent, which will be understood to be given unless stated otherwise before the end of the registration procedure. You can withdraw consent at any time by sending an e-mail to oportunidadescam.es@mdt.cam.es
7. By providing personal details, the interested parties fully and unreservedly accept that these details might be passed on to any CAM Group company or any company that might join the Group in the future, in order to offer users more customised services in accordance with their needs in terms of products and services related to real estate and finance, insurance, or any other services provided by Group companies. 8. MEDITERRANEAN will not collect unnecessary information about you and will treat all personal information provided with extreme diligence, complying at all times with its obligation to maintain secrecy regarding the data provided by users. Furthermore, MEDITERRANEAN will take all the legally required technical and organisational measures at all times to avoid loss, alteration and unauthorised access, implementing all the technical means and systems available to it, bearing in mind the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, either through human action or from the physical or natural surroundings. However, you must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impenetrable.
9. MEDITERRANEAN reserves the right to modify its personal data treatment and security policy at any time, always respecting current legislation regarding data protection and informing the interested parties beforehand, either through publication on this page and anywhere else on the website, or by any other means of communication or dissemination deemed appropriate.
