The Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) initiative was launched by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and requires all regulated firms to ensure they achieve fair outcomes for customers at each and every stage of the transaction.

- ensure our customers are provided with suitable advice and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after the sale
- we ask our staff to treat customers in a way they would expect to be treated
