Sequence, one of the UK’s leading new homes operations, is proud to announce five new appointments to its Land & New Homes division, further strengthening and expanding its national land and new homes offering and management team.
The latest cohort bring with them a wealth of knowledge, comprising over 60 years’ combined experience in the property industry, and cover a range of Sequence’s subsidiary brands:
Claire Scott has been appointed as Sequence New Homes Director for the North and Scotland across a range of brands, supported by Nicky Partridge as New Homes Manager for the North, whilst Leah Tattersall and Ben Smalley join the Allen & Harris team as New Homes Managers for Bristol, Bath and Swindon, and Cardiff respectively. The Land team has also had two recent additions - Jack Burchell extends his role as Land Executive for Barnard Marcus London to also cover Fox & Sons in Sussex, and Paul Quelch, who started with the business at the end of last year as Land Director for William H Brown, now heads up the Oxford-Cambridge area.
