I used Fox and Sons to sell a property using the 'Modern Method of Auction' at their recommendation, so actually I was in contract with the Auctioneer rather than the estate agent direct. However, that didn't seem to affect the friendly and efficient services provided by Amy and Megan at Fox's, and as I lived some distance from the property, they handled the viewings which all went very smoothly. Apart from the final sale being an online auction, Fox's were very efficient.

Supportive, helpful and able to get the right mortgage for us!

Sophie Haines at Fox and Sons has been incredibly helpful, supportive in getting us the right deal. Previously we have had so many issues getting a mortgage but Sophie managed to get us a mortgage with Skipton BS.
