2 Excellent experiences with mortgage negotiations

I have so far obtained a mortgage and a couple of years later renegotiate it and had two brilliant proffesionals helping me out in both ocassions.

Massive thanks to Charlotte H. In Bournemouth this year for going the extra mile with my remortgage. She even offered to go to the office on her day off so I could get the best deal on the market before it would expire. I was very impressed by her commitment to deliver excellent customer service, but most importantly I could feel she cared about it and I much appreciated her honest approach through the entire process.
