Yes to the above. I contacted Alan Blyth in Brighton after receiving a letter from Birmingham Midshires that my mortgage repayment would triple. I couldn't possibly afford to pay it. Alan arranged for approximately a 50% reduction which was a tremendous relief.

Excellent Customer Service from my agent.

The estate agent who was working on my complicated sale was invaluable to me Ray Murphy his office in Western Road Brighton. He went far above and beyond his role. He liaised with the buyer, with both solicitors on my behalf constantly over many months. I could not have had a better service I highly recommend them, him in particular.
