From the very first meeting Fraser put us at ease, he is friendly and approachable and very likeable, he makes you feel like you are speaking with a lifelong friend. He listened carefully to our needs and what we were looking for in a home and took on board our very strict budget. Fraser set our expectations and provided me with all the information required when looking for a house, which I was able to use and implement when I found a house that met our requirements.
Very welcoming, tailored to suit each induvial. When I brought up that I had autism, Fraser went out of his way to make sure that my autism was catered for. He was also very thorough with all the information, being happy to explain any and all things that were unknown. The effort put into my specific case, whether that be looking at multiple home reports to contacting estate agents/solicitors, was unparalleled. It really took a lot of stress out of the process.

This felt like a very personalised service. All correspondence was prompt, timely and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, I was very informed about what I needed to do and when. There was also an honesty and straightforward approach when I sought advice that I appreciated, and I always felt that they had my best interests in mind.
We used Allen & Harris, Burnside for selling property. They did everything for us from start to finish. Pamela and her staff were very informative and kept us updated of every viewing which took place and answered any question we had. The flat sold in two weeks. We would totally recommend this service
