Due to his outstanding hard work and commitment he has quickly risen through the ranks to become the Branch Manager of Chesham. Selling a house for the first time, and particularly as I was doing it under a Lasting Power of Attorney and don't live locally, was a daunting prospect. The initial appointment with James Beasant was the best we had by a mile and there was no doubt about choosing Brown & Merry. The sale got quite messy due to problems on the buyers' side, but James and his team persisted, in tandem with our solicitor, and got it over the line at full asking price. I can't thank them enough.
