Bradley joins us from our Swaffham branch as Branch Manager. Having had a personal interest in the property market and development for many years, Bradley joined the company in 2016 as a sales negotiator. After being in the industry for 3 years prior, including over a year's experience in Dubai, Bradley's own interests, background knowledge and ongoing experience means he can give customers all the insights and advice to help the home moving process as rewarding as it should be.

Paul joined our Dereham branch in late 2022, having come from an estate agency background covering Norfolk for many years. Paul started his career as a Negotiator for a local independent agency where he developed his experience, moving quickly into valuing homes across Norfolk. He has been valuing homes for a number of years gaining extensive knowledge of the local market and the sales process. Paul knows the local area extremely well and provides an outstanding level of customer service.

Andrew is Land & New Homes Director for our Eastern & Northern Regions, overseeing all aspects of our business and co-ordinating our Land & New Homes strategy across 144 Sequence branches. Having started his career with Savills in new homes in 2006, Andrew moved on to spend a year as Sales Manager for one of his clients before joining the William H Brown Land & New Homes team as a Field Sales Manager in 2009 and taken the team from a 2 man unit to a collection of 39 members over the region!

Senior New Homes Manager
Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021, Karl led Sequence UK Ltd (Inc. William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

For anyone thinking of using WHB then I highly recommend their services.
From what was a daunting proposition with the news around rising interest rates and reports of people loosing their homes, I was thoroughly put at ease and given the situation as it was plainly, simply and sympathetically. My advisor at in Dereham Branch, Taylor Wright, was fantastic at our in-person meeting, and subsequent phone call follow ups, to look at all options in very quick time.
