Jane has been with William H Brown since 1997 starting her career at the Crystal Peaks Branch and later progressed to Branch Manager moving over to Dinnington in 2011. Being a local girl living in Aston, Jane finds this a real benefit providing her with a wealth of knowledge of the areas she covers. Jane is really enjoy her role here and is passionate about delivering a top notch service with a great team supporting her.

Elle has been with William H Brown since August 2017. She enjoys her day to day role as senior sales negotiator and looks forward to furthering her career with the company. Her strengths are in customer services and loves to meet people and generally socialise. Elle has grown up in the local area which has given her a good knowledge of the community.

Frankie has been with William H Brown since March 2013. She joined the company as an Administrator, furthering her career and is now Mortgage Services Partner. No two mortgages are the same and Frankie has great knowledge into the mortgage and insurance sector and is here to help everyone.

Sarah is our part time negotiator and has been with William H Brown since 2011. Having always lived locally Sarah has a strong knowledge of the amenities and schools within the area. Having strong customer service and administration skill Sarah is on hand to assist you with your requirements.

Lister
Charlie has been with us since July 2019 and started as our Apprentice Negotiator. Since then he has moved from strength to strength and has recently been promoted to our Property Valuer. Charlie has learnt a lot over his time here and is happy to help you get moving.

I haven't had the easiest process as a first time buyer dealing with solicitors and things but Elle was always on the other side of the phone, happy to help, chasing things for me and getting back to me within a timely manner! Once we had had our house valued and we decided to sell they were very quick to organise the photos and sent a prospective buyer round before we even had a sign up! Following an offer made by our buyers the solicitors were notified promptly and we received the initial documents to begin the process. The staff were more than happy to help with any queries we had along the way.

Responsive communication

WHB were very good after we had accepted an offer on the property. They were responsive in their communications with us and did speak to the buyers via phone rather than just emailing them (we had previously used a online only no-fee agent before and this was their default mode of operating. We felt this contributed to us losing two buyers).

I rarely give 5 stars in any review and didn't this time because sometimes our main contact could get a little defensive when you didn't agree with her.
