He started his career in the Hailsham branch before transferring to Seaford to carry on his development. He has now joined the Hastings team and will be helping your selling or buying process run smoothly. Outside of work Toby enjoys playing or watching all sports especially football and is an avid Brighton Fan.

Mitchells' role as a viewing negotiator is to help customers find their dream home! He conducts viewings, showing people potential properties and suggests other homes than may be suitable for you. He is on hand to book viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments to help all of our customer needs. Outside of work Mitchell spends time with friends and family and enjoys going to the gym. Fun fact, Mitchell can name every dinosaur (so he claims!).

Helpful, kind and honest advice !

As a 63 year old..I found myself with a change of circumstances that led to me exploring the possibility of getting a small mortgage! Something I felt quite daunted by if I’m honest. I needn’t have worried. Despite me wanting to borrow the least amount of money for the shortest of terms.. I found Danielle Lakin’s help and knowledge so reassuring! She spent time guiding me through my options..taking care at every step and answering all my questions! She couldn’t have been more helpful..! I don’t hesitate to recommend her! Thank you!
