I moved from Kent with my wife and two children for a better way of life, leaving my position as Commercial Sales Manager for Gillingham Football Club where I spent five enjoyable years. I joined W H Brown in 2021 as a Negotiator for the Unthank Road office in Norwich bringing with me 15 years sales experience and selling properties in the well regarded 'golden triangle'. During a successful period, I was promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator, this lead to becoming the Branch Manager of Hellesdon.

During my time the opportunity arisen to open a new branch in Hellesdon as Branch Manager. Following a successful 3 years I decided to join Select in Norwich for a change of career, finally returning back to Hellesdon. I bring lots of experience and love being an estate agent.

Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units.
