The whole process was very quick. As a first time buyer, we had a good thorough walkthrough of the process of buying a house so we could do everything to prepare for this big step in our lives. Christopher was very helpful and charismatic which made the whole service much better and rest of the team are quick and on it to update you with anything they have.

Honestly the best experience we've had! Clearly explained what we need to know, gave us the best option possible, fantastic communication, able to have a proper human conversation with Lisa M in-between documents/programmes loading, answers any and all questions we have, very respectable when it came to asking personal questions, just overall love her!
