James Mcguire
Area Manager
Jim is our Area Manager and has been working for William H Brown for 10 years. He started as a negotiator in our flagship Norwich branch and went on to become an Instructions Manager for Swaffham where he progressed to managing the branch for 2 years and in 2017 took them to 10th in the whole Connells Group. He became Area Manager in 2018 and now looks after 9 branches . He is a presence in all of our offices and is instrumental in our drive for sales, vendor care and our aftersales service.

Duncan started working for William H Brown in our Norwich office, back in 2017 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and was promoted to a Property Appraiser in 2019. After many years of hard work and dedication to helping people move, he was promoted again to Branch Manager for the North Walsham office. He is an inspiration to the newest members of the team and a friendly point of contact for our vendors and purchasers.

Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units.
