Sam, our mortgage consultant, was extremely helpful in helping with any queries we had and as first time buyers, she made the whole process so much easier for us. She checked in with us regularly and was always quick to respond if we had any questions, as well as finding us the best deal for our mortgage. Having seen a house for sale on the Allen and Harris Web site, we went to view the property. The agent was very polite and welcoming at the viewing and proceeded to show us around. They also assisted us in submitting an offer for the property and being successful with our offer, they went on to guide us through the next steps of the process. Fantastic service from the moment I walked into the office in Causeyside Street Paisley. All of the team were very professional and nothing was any trouble. Garry was my first point of contact when he came to carry out the market valuation (and gave a very good estimate of what Home Report value might be). Majid the photographer did an excellent job of showcasing my home in all its glory, keeping me right along the way.

Really good experience from the beginning, the staff were so friendly and helpful with helping us to buy a new house and sell our flat - Especially Kay, Dionne and Garry. We had a couple of hiccups along the way which were not the fault of Allen & Harris but they stepped in and sorted the issues for us. Will definitely use them again!

Sam has been given me regular updates and proposals to market my property. Garry imparts ways to market the property effectively. above all, I can easily reach them and not left in limbo. Sam was a excellent estate agent to deal with, friendly professional and kept me up to date through out the whole process. Though we never secured the house we wanted I would not hesitate to use A&H in the future.
