AMAZING

The mortgage services so far have been really great - we have had our emails replied to promptly , felt very welcomed when we have come to the north end branch and have had absolutely no issues.

Jordan has been amazing throughout the whole process so far , nothing has been too much to ask, she has been supportive , replied to emails promptly , given us impartial advice regarding our options and given us an array of options regarding our choices and what we could do, she has been non judgmental and we have felt extremely comfortable to ask any questions that we have had no matter how silly we feel they may be , this is our first time having to remortgage and she has managed to get us both on the mortgage which we are extremely grateful for - couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor and want to say a HUGE thankyou from us both.
