Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021, Karl led Sequence UK Ltd (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

Automated systems let them down, otherwise excellent

It was brilliant. Our advisor was excellent and really helpful.
The only issue, and it is a tiny one, very much a first world problem, is despite me taking the majority of the phone calls, chasing paperwork and getting the updates I am listed as buyer B.
It is a tiny thing but I was literally the main contact, the person who paid and the person who initiated the entire mortgage search with the company.

I got my buy to let mortgage through Aston, he was really good at explaining the figures and terms. He managed to get me a rate I was happy with. Was really quick in getting the response and only took about 2 weeks from initial application to a full offer on the house I'm buying.
