Where do I start he is an absolute top bloke and very very very good at his job he has made the process very easy and helped us understand everything
He works around us when we need him and he’s always at the end of the phone if we have any questions day and night
I literally have nothing bad to say about him
But I have nothing bad to say about everyone who works in there
Everyone is just so lovely they are all very polite and very chatty
