James has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He has been on hand whenever we have needed him, he's arranged the mortgage, insurance and answered any query we've had along the way (there's been a lot). He's never grumbled when we asked ridiculous questions and has always put us at ease. He doesn't use jargon and breaks things down to meet your level of understanding. We recommended a family member to use him as they're currently in the process of moving, which is proof of how good he has been.
