Chloe our advisor, did an amazing job explaining the mortgage application process. Made it very easy for us to understand. Made us feel at ease with the whole process and feel very confident we have chosen the correct lender.

They were quick and explained everything really well. Nice people to deal with. Felt like they were really working for you.

All very professional. There was just an issue of having to pay an additional fee at the time of completing the mrtgage application hat I hadn't been told about previously. I was able to access my bank account via my phone and transfer the funds so all was well in the end, but under different circumstances this could have caused a problem.
