Excellent Service

Craig has been so knowledgeable, expert, friendly, involved and helpful. Craig has also been very considerate and thoughtful when dealing with some of our unique challenges as first time buyers and our needs - tactful but direct. Craig has been quick to respond to queries and has explained a daunting process very clearly and easily to us when we felt overwhelmed and nervous.
