Lettings Negotiator
Sam has been with Tylers for 18 months and his role is to find suitable tenants for your property. Sam will carry out all viewings and qualify any offers that are made on our rental properties before discussing them with our landlords. If they are accepted then he will ensure thorough referencing checks are carried out on them before agreeing and creating the tenancy paperwork for them to move in. He will ensure that the move in runs smoothly & that our tenants and landlords are happy.

Senior Property Manager
Jessica has recently joined Tylers from another lettings agency and brings with her over 5 years of property management experience. Jessica's role is to liaise between our tenants and landlords on any reported maintenance issues to effect suitable repair, ensure all rents are paid promptly and chase where required, ensure all our landlords safety certificates are kept upto date & carry out all the routine inspections to ensure the properties are being looked after.
