Fantastic team!

I have had a thoroughly positive experience with William H Brown- Harvey, Lottie, Reiss & Connor have been wonderful. Within a few days of contacting them, Harvey visited my property to provide an overview of what to expect from the selling process, addressing any reservations or concerns I had to reassure me. Reiss created a very friendly and enthusiastic environment during viewings and was very keen to assist with any queries I had. Lottie kept in contact regularly throughout the selling process and went above and beyond in providing a friendly service- she provided helpful and realistic advice whilst ensuring I didn’t feel pressured to make any quick decisions. The team even managed to find me my dream property & secure it prior to it even going on the market!
Connor has helped with every stage of the mortgage process, accommodating me at short notice especially when circumstances changed- he has gone above and beyond when applying for my new mortgage.
