Really professional and friendly service
From the very beginning, everyone in William H Brown Braintree were friendly and welcoming whether that be in person or over the phone. Nick was so incredibly helpful, putting any of my worries aside or explaining things to me in a way that helped me stop stressing quite as much. Throughout the entire process, he was a fantastic support and a listening ear when things were stressful and nothing was ever too much to ask, even though it probably was at times. I cannot thank Nick enough for his calm attitude, friendliness and personability, as well as his professionalism throughout. He kept my head above water when things felt endless and stressful.

We had a wonderful broker, Mr. Mark Faria. He helped us a lot and clearly explained all the questions that came up. He works very cooperatively and is a truly wonderful person. I am very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him as an excellent broker.

Good rate - adviser took time to understand my needs and put together a package of mortgage & protection that fitted my life well.
However, meetings were very long, with a lot of the agenda duplicated between meetings. The conversational style of constantly quizzing me as to how much I knew about various things was highly irritating at times.
