Tony joined the William H Brown Royston office in 1976 as a Trainee Negotiator and was appointed as Partner in the late 1990s. Over the years Tony has built a vast knowledge of the Royston residential market and has successfully worked through the boom and recession markets being able to adapt to changing market conditions. Tony not only specialises in the sale of second residential property but has also built a vast knowledge of the land and new homes market.

Mark Ponder started in Estate Agency in 1988 and has worked for many reputable agents throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. Michael is a dedicated land negotiator who joined the Land & New Homes team after graduating from university with a Bachelor of Honours Property Finance and Investment degree.
