It has been excellent. Our adviser, Bradley Chalk is based in the Southampton branch, and has been helpful before we even put our property on the market with Fox & Sons. He has kept us constantly updated, finding us a very acceptable mortgage deal, and guiding us through the seemingly labyrinthine legal/financial system of buying.

This process has been extremely stressful, upsetting and overwhelming for me, especially as I am having to do it all on my own but Leah has taken the time to listen to my needs and explain everything fully to me. She has now found me a lender and a mortgage that could offer me what I needed and required to be able to buy my new home, with the application process being very easy and straightforward. She always responds very promptly to both calls and texts leaving me less time to get stressed.
