An absolute legend ⭐️⭐️ Me and my partner are first time buyers currently going through our first sale. Laurence has been nothing but a 10/10 mortgage advisor. He’s helped us every step of the way, answering every question we have, no matter how small! He spoke through everything to help us clearly understand each step, really appreciated this as it’s very daunting for first time buyers. Amazing!! From start to finish we felt heard and understood. When we sold our property and got our offer excepted on a new new one, Leah got us in within 24 hours. She made sure we secured our morgage and the best interest rate but also the best morgage for our needs. All the staff at Fox and Sons made us feel so welcome when we came in and showed genuine happiness for us buying our forever home.
Leah was a fantastic mortgage advisor to work with. Having done the process twice before with two different mortgage advisors, the service provide by Leah was by far the best we've recieved. She offers sound advice and goes that extra mile. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I hear is about to start the process of buying a property.

My experience was excellent and best that I have had to date.
1. My service provider was very thorough from the onset, being clear about services that I should expect from her throughout the process.
2. She provided options and shared pros and cons of different options, thereby allowing me to make an informed decision on issues such as selling/letting out my current house, life insurance; house insurance, number of years for the mortgage etc.
3. She reached out to a number of mortgage lenders.
4. Once she was clear that I wanted to buy a new house she moved on got the information she needed from me and got me a mortgage in principle and that facilitated the discussions with sellers.
5. She also stepped in and helped in discussions with the sellers/agents. this was particularly helpful for me given that I my work assignment are mainly out of the country.
I’m a young first time buyer so the whole process was very overwhelming when I first looked into it all however Jordan was absolutely incredible at explaining the whole process. She communicates well and so far the process has been more than satisfactory. I would recommend fox and sons especially Jordan as an estate agents and mortgage broker.
Right from the start I new this little flat would be the one for me, Charlotte and Louise were absolutely amazing, kept me informed of everything from sellers feedback and accepting my offer, viewings on my old property, right up till handing me the keys to my new property.
1st class service, 10/10 from me.
