Lisa from Allen & Harris in Irvine has been excellent from start to finish. I was a first time buyer and she’s made what can be such a stressful process so straight forward. The service that was offered was not just a typical mortgage broker. Any houses we wanted to see, Lisa would contact the estate agent and arrange a viewing straight away. Likewise for any we wanted to offer on, Lisa would discuss with me first using her experience what the best offer would be for my circumstances and the property and engage in negotiation if required. There was never any delay and nothing was too much of an ask. Highly recommend Lisa and I will 100% be using her services again. Thanks for all your help.

From start to finish throughout the process Lisa could not have done enough for us. Lisa was so welcoming from the first time we met her and put us at ease and talked us through everything. Lisa was happy to work around any personal commitments we had as well our work patterns and we can't praise Lisa highly enough for the professionalism and excellent customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Allen and Harris to family and friends.

I am so grateful to Lisa at the Irvine branch for talking me through everything, and also for 'getting' me as a bit of an over-thinker. Lisa answered all my questions and supported my property offers as well as the mortgage application, making the whole process feel much more manageable. The staff at the Irvine branch are all welcoming and friendly, and I'd be more than happy to recommend them. If you're a first time buyer, this branch is a great place to get started.

Timely reminder that my fixed rate was coming to an end (which I did know) and calls inviting me to a meeting and I was told ahead of time what paperwork would be needed.
At the meeting we discussed a range of options and I was very happy with the outcome. It was relatively quick and easy to arrange a switch. Sula was brilliant as always. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
