£14,000 - £16,000 Basic Salary – Career Progression

Key Responsibilities:

·      To ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process

·      Liaising with landlords, tenants, branch staff and client accounting

·      Drafting tenancy agreements and rent increase documentation

·      Chasing and executing documents

·      Chasing in outstanding fees

·      Dealing with the renewal of visas

·      Administering periodic tenancies

·      Providing cover for other staff members
